From September 1, Victorians who can work from home will have the legal right to do so two days a week. This right will be enshrined in the Equal Opportunity Act and will apply regardless of workplace size, with a delayed commencement for smaller workplaces. The law will provide a clear pathway for dispute resolution through the VEOHRC and VCAT.
